These terms of use ("Terms") apply to NoruGidas at norugidas.lt (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
The Service NoruGidas.lt is provided by M. Ž., a self-employed individual in Lithuania (individual activity certificate No. 1387241). Contact: [email protected].
2. What NoruGidas does
NoruGidas lets you make a list of things – what an event needs or what you would like to receive – and share it with a link. Guests open the list and choose what they will bring or give, so nothing is forgotten and nothing is doubled.
NoruGidas only helps people coordinate. We do not sell, buy or deliver the items on lists, and we are not a party to any arrangement between a list owner and their guests. Links on items lead to third-party shops and websites; we are not responsible for them.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure; actions taken while you are signed in are treated as yours.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you may have only one account unless we agree otherwise.
- You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to buy paid features.
- You can download your data and delete your account at any time on the Account page.
4. Lists and your content
- A free account can own 1 list; more lists can be bought (see section 6). A published list is visible for up to 30 days free of charge, after which it is hidden unless you buy extended visibility.
- You are responsible for everything you add to the Service: list titles, descriptions, items, links and photos. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service, for example to show your list to people with its link.
- Anyone who has your list's link can see the list unless you protect it with a password. Share links with care.
5. Rules
You must not use the Service to:
- publish anything illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, harassing or misleading, or that infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy;
- offer or coordinate illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, or items whose sale is restricted;
- send spam, collect other users' data, or impersonate others;
- attack, overload or try to get around the security or limits of the Service, or access it with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing.
Anyone can report a list. We may review lists, hide or disable them, remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law. Where reasonable we will tell the list owner why. If you think we made a mistake, write to us at [email protected].
6. Paid features
You can buy optional one-off features. The price and currency are shown before you pay; prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

- List features apply to the list you bought them for and stay with that list for as long as it exists. They cannot be moved to another list.
- An anonymous reservation applies to the one item you chose it for. If the owner removes that item or deletes the list, or your payment cannot be applied (for example because the item was taken while you were paying), you get your money back.
- If we cannot activate a feature you paid for, we will refund the payment.
Right of withdrawal. Paid features are digital services that we start providing as soon as your payment succeeds. By confirming the purchase you ask us to activate the feature immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it is activated. If, for any reason, you did not give that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by writing to [email protected], and we will refund you within 14 days. This does not affect your rights if a feature does not work as described.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, for example during maintenance. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature you bought, we will tell you and offer a fair refund for the part you can no longer use.
8. Liability
The Service is provided to help people coordinate lists. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what users put on lists or do with them, for items guests do or do not bring or give, or for third-party websites. Our total liability for any claim related to paid features is limited to the amount you paid for them in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional acts or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending use of the Service
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. If we close your account without a breach on your side, we will refund unused paid features in proportion.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service changes or the law requires it. We will show the date of the latest change at the top and tell signed-in users by email about important changes in advance. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, please write to us first at [email protected]; we will reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, consumers can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt, or go to court.
